Shipping Area and Rates
Figarve ships within Canada (selected Canadian Provinces) and United States of America (selected states of USA). Shipping rates are calculated in real-time during checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Some locations might not be included for domestic and international shipping for Canada and USA.
Free Shipping
Orders over $60 (before sales tax and after any promotion or discount) are eligible for free shipping within 3-9 business days and are limited to Canadian provinces and locations. The locations for 3-9 day free delivery is subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to meet the 3-9 day free delivery commitment for shipping, but because we work with a 3rd-party courier, everything is not within our control.
All USA shipments are done with a 3rd-party courier Canada Post, and shipping rates are calculated in real-time during checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Some locations might not be included for international shipping to USA.
We ship all locations in Canada with Canada Post and apply the below rates for Standard Canada Post deliveries between 3 to 9 business days;

(Note: Remote areas and YT, NT, NU, NL provinces are excluded from our free shipping. We do not provide service to these areas at this moment. All orders from excluded areas would be placed at customer's risk. Please note that your order may also be cancelled if we are unable to ship it).
Should you place an order through figarve.ca or figarve.com, we would not be, unfortunately, able to address any issues related to your order delivery or product spoilage related to any unknown conditions also including weather conditions (such as freezing of goods in the winter or excessive amount of crystallization on dried figs in the summer). All orders would be placed at customer's risk. Please note that your order may also be cancelled if we are unable to ship it.
Order Processing Times & Order Tracking
Once an order has been received through figarve.ca or figarve.com, we are unable to upgrade and/or change shipping methods. We are also unable to add a product, and/or modify and/or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Orders typically take 1-4 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). In case any of the items are out of stock please note that your order may be cancelled and we might be unable to ship it. In this case, you will receive an email notification.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the status of your order and a link to track your order on Shop App. Please read the shipping notification email carefully.
We currently use the delivery services of Canada Post. Some packages may be too heavy and/or bulky for us to ship, and shipping costs may vary depending on various reasons such as the size, weight, and destination of the shipment, which may exceed above shipping prices or be close to the order total or might even be higher, in which case we would not be able to cover the costs, and will reach out to you to provide alternative shipping options. Availability may fluctuate over time based on city or region availability.
Note that delivery date is always an estimate only, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions and other factors. It is a customer's responsibility to track the package and pick it up on time from the community box, at the door, or Post Office, as your package may be delivered sooner than ETA and/or left at your door. Any spoilage of temperature-sensitive fig products resulted due to prolonged pick-up time will not be refunded. Products ordered and delivered to any remote location, YT, NT, NU, NF, and affected by extreme weather conditions cannot be refunded.
By ordering products on Figarve.com or Figarve.ca customer accepts all terms and items of policies announced on Figarve.com and Figarve.ca website.
Warning: Pay close attention to what your baby and/or child put in his or her mouth. Watch your baby and/or child at all times while he or she is eating any type of food (including dried fruits) that might cause choking. Always make sure that your child consumes any type of food including dried fruits, figs, Figarve products under your supervision and that they are accompanied at all times. It is at your own risk to consume Figarve products. Figarve will not be responsible for choking of any consumers including adults, children, babies and will not be responsible for any hazards related to eating/consuming our products and/or any health-related problems caused by eating and/or consuming any Figarve products.
Important Note: If you notice mold-colored substances inside any figs, don't eat, take a photo and forward it to Figarve directly. Carefully read and follow our return and refund policies.
