Serving: 2-4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk,

  • 7 dried figs.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the figs finely,

  2. Transfer milk into a pan and heat,

  3. Remove from heat before it starts to boil,

  4. Add figs and blend the mixture with a hand blender,

  5. Pour the pudding into cups and cover,

  6. Set aside until they become at room temperature,

  7. Put in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
